RETURNS
We really think you'll love Everist. If you don't, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. You may return any item purchased from helloeverist.com within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less original shipping charges when applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

To return an item, please email info@helloeverist.com for return authorization. Upon approval, please package the items in the original packaging if possible, and include your name and order number. You may use a carrier of your choice that offers package tracking. For your protection, we strongly recommend using insured shipping, as Everist is not responsible for packages lost during return transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Once you have shipped your return, please email us your tracking number to expedite the refund process.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, we will make it right. Please contact us at info@helloeverist.com so we can review your case and ship the correct item as soon as possible.

If you received a damaged product, email us at the address above with details, including photos if possible, to help us resolve your issue promptly. Shipping can be rough, so some wear on boxes or minor dents in aluminum tubes and tins is normal, which we believe adds to their charm. However, if the product is significantly damaged and unusable, please share photos so we can address the issue with the carrier to prevent recurrence. If tins are hard to open initially, try wrapping an elastic band around the lid perimeter and twisting.

If you think your goods may be lost, first verify the shipping address and check around your entrance, mailbox or even with neighbors where the carrier may have left the package. If you have no package or delivery notice within 2 business days of expected delivery, contact the carrier with your tracking number to start a claim.
