RETURNS
We really think you'll love Everist. If you don't, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. You may return any item purchased from helloeverist.com if received within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges when applicable. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for purchase.
To return an item, please email info@helloeverist.com for return authorization. Upon approval, the items should be packaged in original packaging if possible and include your name and order number. You may use the carrier of your choice that is traceable, but we strongly recommend using an insured form of delivery, as Everist is not responsible for lost packages or return shipping costs. Once available, please email us back your tracking # to speed up the refund process. While we don’t charge a restocking fee, shipping fees on your original order are not refundable.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. Once your return has been processed, a refund may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, we'll be sure to make it right! Please contact us at info@helloeverist.com, so we can review your case and ship the correct item asap.
If you received damaged product, email us at the address above and let us know the details. If you can attach a photo of the product in question that would help speed things up. Shipping can be a rough journey, so it is normal for the shipping box to show some wear. Aluminum tubes and tins are also prone to denting, which we think just adds to their charm. If there is significant damage and the product cannot be used, please let us know and share some photos so we can share with the carrier to ensure it doesn't happen again. If you find your tins are hard to open the first time, which can happen occasionally, our handy trick is to try wrapping an elastic band around the perimeter of the lid, then twisting :)
If you think your goods may be lost, we're happy to help you find them! First off, double check the shipping address was correct. Then check around your entrance or mailbox in case the driver thought they found a safe hiding spot (or even at your neighbors!). It happens more often than you'd think. If still no package or attempted delivery notice within 2 business days, contact the carrier with the tracking number to start a claim.
