Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
We aim to ship within two business days once an order has been placed (may increase during high volume times, pre-orders and promotions) typically via United States Postal Service or Canada Post through their Ground delivery services, but this may vary. In partnership with Bluebird, all shipping will be tracked and offset with quality 3rd party certified carbon credits to maintain a net neutral impact on our planet.
For peace of mind, all orders receive automatic package tracking. Please ensure your email is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for any duties/taxes/levies imposed by local governments or import agencies for International orders outside of the United States or Canada.
We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport. If the address provided is not verified by USPS or Canada Post and is returned to Everist, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have the package resent.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
We do our best to get you your order as fast as possible, while also considering the most efficient, environmentally-friendly delivery route. Sometimes good things take time. We work hard to fulfill all orders within 72 hours, then the below list gives you a general timeline of what to expect for shipping USA and Canada orders.
Central USA & Canada - 3 to 5 business days
East Coast, South, Midwest - 3 to 5 business days
West Coast - 5 to 10 business days
Northern Canada / Islands - 7 to 10 business days
Note: Pre-orders will ship as soon as the product arrives at our warehouses.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is calculated at checkout when you spend over $75 USD or $90 CAD after discount codes but before taxes, for US and Canada orders only. Minimum $75 USD or $90 CAD spend, does not include Gift Cards as they are not included in calculating shipping rates.
SUBSIDIZED SHIPPING RATES
For orders below $75 USD or $90 CAD, we are happy to offer subsidized rates that are calculated based on your location at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US and Canada at this time, but we’re working on it!
ORDER TRACKING
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package. If no email address is provided the shipping details will be sent via SMS.
ADDITIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us immediately at info@helloeverist.com or send us a DM on Instagram. Just try to catch us before your order has shipped and we'll fix it!
If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 12 hours by email: the order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
Everist reserves the right not to ship and cancel an order for any reason.
