CANADA POST UPDATE
Order confidently, even during this Canada Post strike. We ship via multiple carriers. If you require shipping to a PO box, please contact us directly at info@helloeverist.com
ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to process and ship all orders within two business days of placement. Please note that during high volume periods, promotional sales, or pre-orders, processing and shipping times may be extended.
ORDER TRACKING
In partnership with Bluebird, all shipments are tracked and offset with third-party certified carbon credits to maintain a net neutral impact on our planet. For peace of mind, all orders include automatic package tracking. Please ensure you provide a valid email address or mobile phone number at checkout to receive tracking updates, tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent via email or SMS. Shipping carriers and methods may vary depending on location.
We are not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an unverified or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND DUTIES
We ship anywhere in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia and select international countries. All orders outside of US & Canada are shipped Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP) and sent via Passport.
We do not ship to the following international countries:

SHIPPING TIMELINES
We do our best to get you your order as fast as possible, while also considering the most efficient, environmentally-friendly delivery route. Sometimes good things take time. We work hard to fulfill all orders within two business days, then the below list gives you a general timeline of what to expect for shipping.
Central USA & Canada - 3 to 5 business days
West Coast USA & Canada - 5 to 10 business days
Northern Canada / Islands - 7 to 10 business days
International - 8 to 14 business days

Free shipping is calculated at checkout when you exceed the below minimum spend, after discount codes but before taxes. Gift Cards do not count toward minimum purchase thresholds for free shipping.

SUBSIDIZED SHIPPING RATES
For orders below the free shipping threshold, we are happy to offer subsidized rates that are calculated based on the delivery location and shown at checkout.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping by carriers. Upon receipt, please inspect your package and report any visible damage or missing items to info@helloeverist.com within 48 hours. This helps us resolve issues faster with the carrier.
If you think your goods may be lost, please check your shipping confirmation email for tracking details, verify delivery locations around your entrance, mailbox or even with neighbors where the carrier may have left the package. If you have no package or delivery notice within 2 business days of expected delivery, contact the carrier with your tracking number to start a claim. ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
To avoid delays, please review your order carefully before checkout. If you need to add items or make changes, contact us immediately at info@helloeverist.com or send us a DM on Instagram. Changes can only be made before the order has shipped, try to catch us before and we'll fix it!
If you wish to cancel your order completely, you must contact us within 12 hours of placement by email: the order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. After this window, cancellations will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued for shipped orders.
Everist reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipment of any order at our discretion.
