Subscription Policy
SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time by logging into your Everist account and clicking "Cancel," then following the prompts. Your order confirmation emails also contain links to manage your subscription. See our Returns Policy for more details on returns and refunds.
BILLING AND RENEWAL
By starting a subscription, you authorize Everist to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at your selected frequency until you cancel. You're responsible for keeping your payment information current; if a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until valid details are provided. Before each renewal, we'll send you an email notification reminding you of your upcoming order and charge, giving you time to make any changes, skip, or cancel before your order date.
PRICING AND PRODUCT CHANGES
You can edit your subscription at any time from your Everist account — swapping products, adding or removing items, and adjusting quantities or frequency. We may change subscription prices, product offerings, or available frequencies from time to time, and will notify you by email in advance of any price change affecting your subscription.
Note on legacy pricing: Subscriptions created before July 6, 2026 receive legacy pricing — the rate in effect when you subscribed — for as long as your subscription stays active and its products are unchanged. Pausing, delaying, or skipping a delivery does not affect your legacy pricing. However, changing the products in your subscription, or cancelling it, ends your legacy pricing. Once ended, it can't be reinstated, and changed or restarted items will be billed at the then-current rate. PAUSE OR DELAY BEFORE YOU CANCEL
Before you cancel, we'll offer you the option to pause or delay instead. When you start the cancellation process, you'll be shown these alternatives first:
- Delay or skip a delivery — push back your next shipment or skip an upcoming one without ending your subscription.
- Pause your subscription — temporarily stop deliveries for a set period. While paused, you won't receive deliveries or be charged. Your subscription automatically resumes at the end of the pause at your selected frequency, with your existing rate (including legacy pricing, if applicable) maintained.
Pausing or delaying is entirely optional. You can proceed directly to cancellation at any time by continuing through the prompts in the member portal or emailing info@helloeverist.com.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect for deliveries that haven't yet entered processing; an order already processed or shipped will still be fulfilled and charged. To avoid an upcoming charge, cancel before the next billing date shown in your account.
BUNDLES AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Bundle subscriptions, including "Build Your Bundle" sets, carry bundle-specific pricing. Removing or modifying items in a bundle may change its discount eligibility and result in then-current pricing on future deliveries. Promotional or introductory discounts apply only as described at the time of purchase, typically to your first delivery, and can't be combined unless stated.
GENERAL
By purchasing any subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive periods at the then-current subscription rate.
We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time. Returns accompanied by a request for a refund will be refunded the subscription cost paid, minus shipping, and are at the sole discretion of customer support. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method specified at purchase. Subscriptions are void where prohibited by law.
