Job Overview:
Everist’s Growth Marketing & Ecom Specialist will play a hands-on role in bringing our growth strategy to life across performance marketing channels and our DTC / wholesale website. You’ll help drive customer acquisition, support retention, own site updates and keep things running smoothly across our digital channels.
Reporting directly to our Ecommerce Director, you’ll gain exposure to all things growth. We’re looking for a proactive team player who’s excited to learn, organized by nature, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day tasks that drive real impact. As part of a small, agile team, you’ll wear many hats and build foundational experience across the full marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
There’s a lot to do, so we’re looking for someone ready to dive right in.
- Performance Marketing Support
Support the execution of performance marketing initiatives across DTC channels including paid media, email, and website. Help coordinate timelines, organize assets, create landing pages and ensure campaign elements go live smoothly to drive acquisition and retention. - Digital Advertising
Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns across paid channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok. Coordinate delivery of creative assets, monitor results, and support ongoing optimization and CRO testing. - Ecommerce Site Merchandising & Analytics
Manage Shopify site updates and product merchandising to ensure accuracy and a seamless customer experience. Analyze e-commerce performance and transform key insights into action points to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, average order value and add to carts. - Email & SMS Marketing
Build and deploy campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo to support the DTC customer journey. Help manage the email calendar, support segmentation and testing, and track performance metrics like open rate, CTR, and conversions. - Retention & Loyalty Support
Support retention and loyalty initiatives such as subscription, loyalty programs, reviews and win back campaigns. Assist with execution, reporting, and identifying optimizations to increase customer lifetime value. - SEO/AEO (Search/ Answer Engine Optimization)
Support the implementation of SEO / AEO best practices across the DTC website. Assist with content updates and on-page optimizations to help improve organic visibility and AI results. - Performance Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly DTC performance reports across key channels. - Wholesale Store Support
Maintain and merchandise Everist’s Shopify wholesale storefront, ensuring product info, collections, and content are current. - Trend Spotting & Research
Stay current on ecommerce, performance marketing, and DTC trends. Bring new ideas, testing opportunities, new capabilities and platform updates to theteam to help fuel future growth.
Skills & Attributes:
- You have hands-on experience working with Shopify (updating products, site
content, or merchandising). - You’re comfortable building and scheduling emails or flows in Klaviyo.
- You’ve worked with paid media platforms like Meta Ads and/or Google Ads (either directly or in support of a team or agency).
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to problem-solve independently.
- Data-driven mindset, using insights to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- You’re excited to learn and grow within a fast-paced DTC environment, and eager to build skills across performance, retention, and ecommerce.
- Deep understanding of digital trends, platform-specific best practices, and algorithm optimization.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept to execution.
- A team player who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.

Bonus if you have...
- Experience with ecommerce tools like Rebuy, Recharge, Triple Whale
and Canva. - Exposure to additional paid channels (TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics
Qualifications:
- Background in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or ecommerce role.
- Direct experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta Ads.
- Experience supporting a DTC or consumer brand is a strong asset
