In the shower, wet hands and body. Scoop a large dime-sized amount of the concentrate onto palm (1/3 your normal dose). Rub over wet hands to activate or on a sponge or loofah and scrub-a-dub, working into skin for 30 seconds for maximum conditioning Rinse well. Adjust dose as needed.
