1. ELIGIBILITY:
The Ultimate Bathroom Refresh Giveaway (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Everist, tuck, and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. HOW TO ENTER:

3. PRIZE DETAILS:
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a "Ultimate Bathroom Refresh care package", defined as one (1) Everist Hydrate and Glow Bundle, one (1) Everist Sleep Soak Magnesium Bath Soak, and one (1) tuck Essential Towel Bundle. The prize will be awarded in the form of direct product shipments, at all participating brands discretion. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on May 25th, 2026. The selected winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing and must respond within 5 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

In compliance with Canadian law, the selected winner must correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing mathematical question without assistance in order to claim the prize. Failure to answer correctly will result in disqualification, and another winner will be selected.
